Some of the key points regarding our computer repair services are as follows:-

1) An Informed Staff - Our technicians, having had experience working for large computer companies, know exactly what they are doing, and are happy to answers all of your questions.

2) Reasonable Rates - Service fees are charged at the rate of €65/hour for a response within 48-hours, and at €85/hour for a response within 24-hours.  You are quoted in advance for any replacement parts, which may be required.

3) Quick Turnaround - Once an appointment for service has been scheduled, we can get to you quickly.  Most appointments can occur same-day, or within a 24 hour period.

4) No Downtime - If required, we can hire you a computer while yours is being repaired, so you don't experience any downtime. Daily hire charge is €70 per PC.

5) Maintenance Service Packages - We offer 6-monthly maintenance agreements customised to meet your requirements, and within a budget which our existing customers find to be very reasonable.

6) Easy To Contact - We are available to talk to via telephone, e-mail, or our online Service Request Form. We have business hours that suit your needs, even at night.  We can help you night owls when most other companies close their doors in the afternoons.

7) 30 Day Work Guarantee - We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our repair services.
